Currently, the solution is in silent learning mode, observing customer behaviour and learning the store’s full produce range to ensure the AI is fully trained for a seamless experience.

In the coming weeks, the system will go live. Customers will experience AI-assisted self-checkouts that:

✅ Highlight scanning errors—whether accidental or fraudulent—so customers can fix issues themselves before a supervisor is called
