Worldsmart would like to welcome our latest retail partner, Michael Chang’s Food Market Campbelltown Mall!

Michael Chang’s Food Market is an Asian Grocery one stop shop in Campbelltown Mall, with a wide range of Asian Grocery and Produce items.

The team at Michael Chang’s were looking for a best in class point of sale solution that would provide them all the information they needed to run their business effectively and save time doing so.

They found the right solution at WorldSmart!

SmartRetail and SmartMobile will allow them to implement stock control and automate functions in their store such as ordering and reporting, all while being easy to use for all.

The store loves the SmartRetail SmartGrids that allow them to customise the user experience to make daily operations simpler and quickly update pricing in the grid.

An additional bonus was the ability to customise multi-lingual tickets and talkers in store. In their old system, all ticketing was in English, now we have talkers showing Chinese, English, Thai and more.

The store team have eagerly embraced our SmartX suite of software and were fantastic to work with during the transition. A special thank you to our team for making the changeover a success with minimal impact to store operations.
