SPAR Express Middle Ridge leads the way with SmartRetail and Infotag ESL

This week, Worldsmart's Ben visited SPAR Express Middle Ridge – the first SPAR store to run on SmartRetail, and the first retailer in Queensland to install Wedderburn Infotag electronic shelf labels.

The store has reported strong results since implementation, with the Infotag ESLs saving the team approximately four hours a week in labour previously spent on manual price changes and ticketing.

Store owner Shelley says the flexibility of SmartRetail combined with ESLs has been a standout benefit, giving her secure remote access to her store's SmartRetail system and the ability to update shelf labels from anywhere in the world.
